Workshop for doughs/pies with Chef Dina Nikolaou

 

Whatever you learn is useful ... not ? I've attended another workshop. Chef Dina Nikolaou in cooperation with Cookshop, organised a workshop for doughs/pies.

 

 

I was there too. Couldn't miss it. Workshop took place in Glyfada's Cookshop store. Paradise for kitchen utensiles. Awesome cookware, tools and gadgets. I could buy half of the stuff in there.

 

 

There, Chef Nikolaou explained to us how to make delicious savory pies with doughs.

 

 

We learned how to handle the dough, what to watch and how to use them to get mouthwatering dishes. The nice thing was that we did not sat with folded hands ... We got the dough to feel it, we made pies and enjoyed creating with the supervision of Chef and her Sous Chef Vassilis.

Not to mention that most of the materials used to make these extraordinary pie were of Greek origin. Cheese, flour, yogurt. I really loved that. The pies are a favorite culinary theme of Chef Nikolaou and I am lucky to have been able to attend this seminar. Of course, I made practice what I've learned and in a next post I will show you one of the pies ... stay tuned.
