Sekerpare
Great celebration today ... I think that today, half of Greece celebrates ... and along with everyone myself too. So, let's celebrate online this special day of mine. With an oriental dessert, that most of you, I'm sure, have tried.
Sekerpare is the name and in case you do not know it, bake it and you'll not be disappointed. Has no difficulty in preparation, just beat all ingredients together. So quick .. just wants its time when drizzling with syrup. The recipe says to let them absorb the syrup for 2-3 minutes, but I left them more than tha and I think ended up juicier. Little attention is needed in baking, not to overcook them. Otherwise, an easy but delicious dessert.
So, many happy returns to those celebrating.
