Tuna dip
I'm having hard time to post. Why? Because I prepare my dishes for the posts but they disappear before I have the chance to photo shoot them. So, without a photo there's no post. Isn't that a hard time?
I bake and cook the recipes to be eaten by my family, but I try to take the photos I need for the post, before they approach the dinner table. That's not so easy every time. Today's dip was cooked 5 times within 2 weeks time, without managing its photo shoot. I needed a 6th time to be able to post this recipe. Don't you feel me? I know you do.
The recipe I'm sharing today, was given to me by my friend Pavlos, years ago. I've made it many many times and it was always a hit, receiving compliments. It's easy, quick, mostly delicious and can be served with any main course. When you want something as a snack or to accompany a glass of wine, I think this is the solution .
Prepare the dip, place it in the refrigerator to combine the flavors and serve. Spread the dip on toasted bread or on crackers, or even on sliced baguette. Put the dip in a bowl and accompany sticks of carrot, cucumber, celery or potato chips. Let your imagination free and enjoy it.
