Pork pancetta glazed with Jack Daniel's sauce
The beloved Jack Daniel's sauce can be eaten with a spoon, or you can glaze different cuts of meat and have a delicious result. It compliments spare ribs or chicken wings .
I glazed pancettas with it and the taste was incredible . We usually cook pancettas on charcoal but this time I baked them in the oven . Originally baked in the oven, then glazed with Jack Daniel's sauce and grilled for the final touch . Mmmmmm ... lovely.
Very easy recipe . Make sure the pieces you buy, are of almost the same thickness so that are cooked at the same time . The time depends on the size of your pieces but also on the temperature of your oven . Do not over cook at the first stage. Remove when not "done" yet , because next you will grill them and do not want the end result to be hard and crispy.
Enjoy your meal.
