Oven chicken bites


Already said ... chicken at least once a week! Chickpeas today .. uh ... chicken bites, eaten as chickpeas I mean.

Juicy chicken bites coated in breadcrumbs and parmesan. Baked in the oven, thus reducing the calories. I bet you can't eat just one. Family goes crazy with these and are never enough. The coating ingredients are so well combined that give a delicious and tasty result in the otherwise indifferent chicken. Bake them and enjoy them in front of the TV. Even cold are splendid. Bake and take them with you as a snack.

The other day I made these chicken nuggets, also some sausages, fried potatoes and da da .. our dinner was ready.

Try them, it worth the hassle.



Ingredients : 

  • 700 gr chicken breast fillet
  • 100 gr breadcrumbs
  • 100 gr parmesan
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt & pepper

Preparation : 

  1. Wash and rinse chicken. Cut in small bites.
  2. In a small bowl put olive oil, lemon, mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well to combine.
  4. In another small bowl put breadcrumbs and parmesan.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Dip chicken bites in lemon/oil first and then into breadcrumbs/parmesan mixture.
  7. Line a pan with greaseproof paper.
  8. Place nuggets on paper, close one to each other.
  9. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for about 20 minutes depending on your oven.
